All our services are tailored to meet our Clients’ individual needs and preferences and we take care to discuss their wishes at the outset.

Our Clients include;

• Anyone who needs support to stay at home safely and independently

We can provide all of the services below on a once a week basis or up to 4 or 5 visits a day, 7 days a week. Whatever the need is, we listen carefully and tailor each Client with a personalised care plan that is unique to them.

• Personal care

• Mobility assistance around the home

• Toileting & Continence needs

• Medication assistance

• Preparation of meals, drinks and snacks

• Accompanied appointments and outings

• Light domestic work & shopping

Care 24 schedules all of your visits as closely to your preferred time as possible so you can plan the rest of your day and week.

If you are unsure about help available to you, we will assist you in sourcing professional advice and support for all your care support needs including mobility, medication, dementia awareness and other areas of support you may need.

In addition to caring for elderly clients, we also cater for the needs of adults with physical disabilities, mental health and terminal illnesses as well as temporary care during recovery periods. Our staff are trained to support you and your family, working alongside health professionals in order to best provide an effective care programme.

Looking to switch Care Provider?

It may be that you have been working with your current provider and for some reason they are not meeting your expectations or your medical needs have become more complex or perhaps you have been privately employing your own live-in assistant and are looking to switch to a company who directly employ their own carers. In both of these instances we will work closely with you, your support team and case manager in order to make the transition as easy and smooth as possible.
