About Us

When it comes to making a decision about home support and domiciliary care services, we understand the pressures and questions that you might have. Whether considering home care for yourself or for a relative, we work closely with you to help you make the right decision and provide a service tailored around your exact needs.

Care 24 is initially formed as a non profit business out of personal experiences of sourcing care and support for an elderly relative. From there, Care 24 has grown into a company that provides 24 hour home care services to adults and the elderly in need of short or long-term personal, physical and domestic support to meet their daily needs in the comfort of their own homes.

From the outset we have been committed to reinforcing the positive aspects of support services in Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas, helping those with whom we work to ‘make every day a better day’.

Our service is centered on a truly personal approach and a commitment to quality. We believe that our clients deserve to receive professional support at home. We work hard to establish ourselves as the provider of choice, striving to make every day a better day.

Together we will work alongside our clients and their friends and relatives; supporting independent living, providing peace of mind and reassurance and bringing a positive attitude to the day to day interactions our care workers have with our clients.

We are committed to making a positive difference for everyone who works with us, our clients, staff and strategic partners and our approach is one based on open and honest communication, transparency and the highest professional standards.

We ensure all of our carefully selected community support assistants share our commitment to supporting individuals by thoroughly checking the references and previous employment history of each new employee and obtaining a full Disclosure & Barring Service (Police) check. Our staff are trained in line with the Common Induction Standards and the Care Quality Commission regulatory requirements as well as completing a full induction programme prior to commencing any care provision.

Having registered with the Care Quality Commission, we aim to ensure that we provide the best quality of care services, under statutory regulations.

Additionally, we aim to support the family as well as the service users in identifying the needs of the individual and of the service user’s family in relieving the stress.
